The PA reports that the cost of putting Metronet into administration is set to reach half a billion pounds.
The Times has more detail on the story:
"The handover had been planned for January 18 but has been delayed in part due to a dispute with Bombardier Transportation, a Metronet shareholder, about aspects of its contracts with Metronet, including train maintenance and contracts for new signals.
"The renovation of up to 60 stations is likely to be delayed owing to the Metronet collapse."
The House of Commons' Transport Select Committee reports on the issue tomorrow, and LondonUnlocked will carry the report in full once it is published.
