From Digital Journal:

Transport for London approved start-up company Eyetease's project to roll out the system called CabWiFi, where it provides connectivity to both cab drivers and commuters as they travel around the city.

The network set-up will afford passengers with 15 minutes free Internet access, where they get to surf online or check their e-mail, only after seeing 15 second of advertisements flashed in their gadgets.
The much-welcomed service is due to launch in early 2013.
